Alec Rauhauser

Alec Rauhauser has a GPA of 3.4 and is a model example in the class room as team captain.

Alec Rauhauser was named team captain by Head Coach Ty Eigner last April for a reason. He has a quiet and cool demeanor that extends to others around him on the squad. He is very good under pressure and is a great example to all players on the team.

Rauhauser has remained one of the players eager to do anything we want when reaching out to members of the community. He skates once a week with with the local youth team, the Bowling Green Youth Hockey Ice Cats. He is a model citizen of Bowling Green, Ohio.

Rauhauser’s contributions to the 2018-19 campaign included 26 recorded points with 22 assists. This led all Falcon defensemen and was second highest among blueliners in the WCHA. He also led the squad in plus/minus at +21 on the year, which was fourth best in the entire conference by season’s end. Brandon Kruse led Bowling Green and the WCHA in assists last season with 31. His 41 total points were second most on the roster and tied for third in the conference. So far this year, he is co-leader in points with four in three games played.
