Doll maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.51 as an economics major. She has been a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention selection the past two seasons. As a senior at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, she was named NSCAA Academic All-America of the Year.

Character

Doll was selected as a Stanford team captain as a junior and annually arrives at camp as the fittest player on the roster. She is co-president of the Cardinal Council, which represents the 800 student-athletes on campus. Doll serves as a mentor for Partners for Academic Excellence, helping student-athletes use their time wisely and take advantage of campus resources. She also was Community Service Chair of the Cardinal Council, and was the nomination committee class representative for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Community

As Cardinal Council Community Service Chair, Doll has promoted and organized 12 student-athlete volunteer events a year within the Palo Alto and Stanford communities, including Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and Boys and Girls Club events. Doll organized a visit of Stanford student-athletes to the Ronald McDonald House, making breakfast for families of young patients requiring long-term medical care and doing crafts with the kids. She also visited the Boys and Girls Club of East Palo Alto for a day of sports and tutoring, helped build and paint playhouses for the Boys and Girls Club through Habitat for Humanity, conducted a soccer clinic for kids living in graduate-student housing, and was part of a team that participated in Relay for Life to raise money for cancer research.

Competition

Going into her senior season, Doll has been a two-year starter in the midfield for teams that reached the College Cup and the Sweet Sixteen. Doll has scored eight goals and has six assists in her career, but she also provides the hard work and tireless effort that makes the Stanford system work, though her effectiveness is not always reflected in stats or honors. In her three years on the team, Doll has played in 69 matches and Stanford has accumulated a 61-8-1 record.
