Classroom

Morocco maintains a 3.65 GPA in psychology is on pace to become a four-time Big East All-Academic selection this spring. Her other academic accolades including four-time member of both the Athletic Director’s honor roll and the Dean’s List, DePaul Scholar Award recipient, NFCA Scholar-Athlete All-American and a nominee for Big East Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Character

Morocco enters her senior season as a team captain. A mentor for younger players, she’s a member of the Captains’ Council, which is a student leadership group, and the leader of the two-time defending Big East Conference champions.

Community

Morocco is involved with several community-outreach projects, including contributions to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and DePaul’s Voice for Animals. She’s also volunteered her time for Adults with Mental Disabilities, Misericordia Heart of Mercy Hospital and as a coach for an inner-city youth softball organization.

Competition

After her junior season, Morocco was named to the All-Big East first team and the Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-Region second team. Her spark at the leadoff position has helped ignite multiple winning streaks and she always provides a bounce for her teammates as the first batter in the game.
