Bennett is a leader at UCLA softball camps, and while not deemed an official captain, all senior players are considered team captains by the coaches.

Bennett has worked all UCLA softball camps. Two years ago, the team went to a middle school to play with kids, and during her freshman year, the team went to Mattel Children’s Hospital.
