Classroom
Hoffarber maintains a 3.6 GPA in finance and he recently completed an internship with Cargill Companies. Last year he was honored as a member of the Big Ten All-Academic team and he’s a two-time Minnesota Scholar-Athlete.
Character
Hoffarber is a captain for Minnesota. Last year he received the Henry Williams Legacy Scholar-Athlete Award, which is given to the Minnesota student-athlete who demonstrates both academic and athletic success and displays the core values of pride, integrity, respect and loyalty.
Community
Hoffarber is heavily involved with the CHAMPS Life Skills program at Minnesota.
Competition
Last year Hoffarber set the school record with 85 made three-pointers, and he also tops Minnesota’s career list with 200 three-pointers. He’s currently fourth all-time on Minnesota’s three-point shooting percentage list among players with at least 80 career attempts at .418.
