Character

Jamison is one of the more reserved members of the hockey team because of his experience.  He is able to bring a calming presence to the locker room while also being a fierce competitor on the ice.  Being a team-first player, Jamison was named the captain of the Colonials for the 2012-2013 season after a vote by his teammates.

Community

In the community, Jamison and his teammates work with multiple youth hockey teams in the Pittsburgh area.  The ability to impact the youth at an age where kids can see that anything is obtainable is a big reason why Jamison pushes for the team to do events like that.  Jamison is also a part of summer camps that combine off and on-ice training with fun.  The ability to make an impact in the community and develop relationships are a big reason why Jamison and the team have seen a jump in attendance over the past few years.

Competition

The will to win drives Jamison not only as a player but also as a person.  The ability to have complete confidence in his teammates and to know that they are willing to do anything and everything to win also drives Jamison to pursue his goals even harder.  That relationship with his teammates and coaches allows Jamison to enjoy the game that he loves.  Appeared in all 39 games last season for the Colonials recording seven points.  He recorded a team high 48 blocks and a -6 plus/minus rating.
