Classroom

Faucher carries a 3.39 cumulative grade point average and has twice been named to the Big Sky Conference All-Academic Team (2007-08, 2008-09).

Character

As the captain of her team, Faucher possesses the type of leadership coaches dream of.  She leads by example as she is always going above and beyond what is asked of her to excel on her skills. She has incredible integrity and keeps all of her teammates thinking about making right choices in life. They look up to her and respect the way she walks her talk. She works well with others and shows a sincere willingness to reach out and get involved in a variety of different settings and with all different kinds of people. According to head coach Sherri Murrell, Faucher is unselfish and an extreme competitor.

Community

Faucher’s community service includes: serving as a Young Life leader in the Portland community, working at the Royal Family Kids Camp in Silverton, Oregon, for a week, frequently speaking at various youth school events and volunteering her time at a local retirment home. She has participated in the Portland Walk To Defeat ALS for the past three years as well as the 2009 United Cerebral Palsy Walk ‘n Roll.

Competition

Faucher is a two-time unanimous first team All-Big Sky selection (2007-08, 2008-09). She was named to the 2007-08 Associated Press honorable mention All-America team, the 2008-09 Big Sky All-Tournament team and as the 2006-07 Big Sky Outstanding Freshman. Faucher led the nation in assists per game in 2007-08 (8.84) and ranks sixth in the nation in assists per game in 2008-09 (6.7). She is also ranked 48th in assist/turnover ratio (1.48) and 57th in steals per game (2.4). She set a Big Sky single season record with 274 assists in 2007-08 and tied a Big Sky single game record with 10 steals at Montana State on March 5. Faucher has recorded three triple-doubles and 16 double-doubles in her career and has recorded 48 double-digit scoring games and 24 double-digit assist games in her career. She has won four Big Sky Player of the Week awards in her career.
