Character

Saluki head coach Kerri Blaylock praised Glosson’s work both on and off the field. “Danielle exemplifies the word student-athlete. She excels on the field and in the classroom. She leads by example in both disciplines also. She has grown and matured every year that she has been at Southern Illinois. She wants the ball in the most critical situations and her teammates respond to that. Danielle has been a pleasure to coach and has grown into a wonderful athlete and person over her four years here at SIU.”

Community

During the last four years, Glosson has participated in the following community service events at Southern Illinois University: SIU Athletics Halloween Bash, Santa’s Shoebox, Kid’s Night Out and the MVC Just Read program at Giant City and Parrish schools.
