Frost earned her undergraduate degree in administrative management in the Spring of 2019 and is currently working towards her master’s degree in sports management.

She was named to the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2015-Spring 2017 and Fall 2019-Fall 2020 semesters, also earning an MVC Scholar-Athlete honorable mention accolade in 2018.

Character

Frost has been a team leader for the Bears ever since she stepped on campus in 2016. Along with her vocal leadership, she has demonstrated the values and has exceeded the standards that the Missouri State softball program holds for its student-athletes. She overcame a season-ending hip surgery in 2019, where she spent the year as a mentor in the dugout while still calling pitches for the Bears.

Frost has been a respected and articulate voice for various social justice issues, highlighted in a feature article in Missouri State’s alumni publication.

Community

Frost has added substantial hours of community service in her time in Springfield, being a “buddy” with the Springfield Park Board’s Miracle League mentoring youths in the community for five years.

She has also volunteered five years in a row at the Bass Pro Fitness Marathon, as well as spent time reading to elementary students in Springfield’s public school system. Frost also has two years of volunteer service with both Habitat for Humanity and the Ozarks Food Harvest.

Competition

As a junior, Frost earned All-MVC first-team honors after finishing third in the league with 34 RBI and allowing the second-fewest stolen bases among Valley catchers. She was also named to the Louisiana Tech Invitational All-Tournament Team in 2018.

Frost is a career .253 hitter with 10 doubles, 10 home runs, and 61 RBI.
