Elisha Davis maintained a 3.80 GPA as an undergraduate and earned her degree in communications with a minor in social welfare in December before beginning work on her master’s degree in January. She has earned second-team Pac-12 All-Academic honors each of the last two seasons, and her dedication in the classroom is as outstanding as it is on the court.

Character

Davis has developed into an incredible leader for the team. She came off a tremendous offseason and has committed herself to doing the little things that make good players great. She has dedicated herself to doing everything she can to help her team reach its ultimate goal.

Community

Davis has done 150 hours of community in her three-plus years at ASU. Her community endeavors have included volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Tempe, the annual Komen Race for the Cure in Phoenix and the annual Pat’s Run in Tempe. She also speaks at elementary schools in the area.

Competition

Davis has continued to improve her game with each passing season. She played a major role last season in helping the Sun Devils win 29 games (the second most in school history) and advance to the Sweet 16. She started every game and led the team in assists (4.5 apg, third in Pac-12) and free throw percentage (80.0), was second in three-pointers (38), third in steals (1.1 spg), fourth in scoring (7.5 ppg) and fifth in free throws made (48) and attempted (60).
