Doll has already secured a job upon graduation as she will be working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Sales and Trading Analyst. Her strong work in the classroom was complimented by several internships that helped her secure her full-time job. She spent this past summer as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she rotated through credit trading, securities lending and prime brokerage desks. She spent the Spring of 2017 studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain in Colgate’s Economics and Culture Study Abroad program.

In the summer of 2016, she worked as a finance department intern with Major League Baseball Advanced Media. She is the current Director of Alumni Relations for the Colgate Women in Business organization and previously served as the Chief Communications Officer of the organization.

Character

Doll was elected as a senior co-captain and has led the Colgate midfield as both a local leader and leader by example. The four-year starter has led Colgate to a 28-20-8 overall record, 16-9-2 mark in Patriot League play, three straight Patriot League Tournament appearances and a 2014 regular-season championship during her first three full years as a Raider.

In addition to her leadership positions in both SAAC and Colgate Women in Business, she is also the women’s soccer representative in the Colgate Leadership Academy. Doll attends meetings with a selected group of fellow student-athletes in order to learn, develop and apply leadership skills such as communication, problem-solving and confrontation.

Community

Doll’s impact as a student-athlete is widespread. She is the current co-president of Colgate’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). She has also seen time as the SAAC co-vice president.

With SAAC, she oversees the 600-person student-athlete body’s voice. She leads philanthropy initiatives and promotes the highest academic and athletic achievement while working closely with Colgate’s administration and team representatives.

She has also been an active member of Colgate’s Adopt-a-Classroom program. Doll and other Colgate athletes spend time with local youngsters from Sherburne-Earlville Elementary School and serve as positive role models to the young students.

Competition

Doll has proven to be one of the strongest midfielders in the Patriot League as a three-time all-league pick and the 2016 Midfielder of the Year. She was voted to the Preseason All-Patriot League team heading into the 2017 season.

She earned Patriot League Midfielder of the Year, second-team NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region, ECAC All-Star and first-team All-Patriot League laurels as a junior in 2016. She finished her junior campaign with eight points behind two goals and four assists and helped the Raiders out-shoot their opponents 345-263 on the season.

She was named second-team All-Patriot League as a sophomore in 2015, finishing with one goal and two assists. She collected third-team All-League honors during her rookie campaign and compiled two goals and a team-best four assists. Doll currently holds career marks of 13 assists and five goals.
