Competition

Campanelli has started every game since she was a freshman on the Texas back line, totaling 67 starts, two goals and one assist for five career points. She was the only Longhorn to play every minute possible during the 2009 season and helped the Longhorns record a school-record 11 shutouts during the 2008 season and keep opponents to a program-low 14 goals over 21 matches. She scored her first career goal in the second round of the 2007 NCAA Tournament to help lift the Longhorns over second-seeded Texas A&M and advance to the third round for the second straight year. She is just 11 matches shy of cracking into UT’s top 10 for most career matches started.
