Character

Larson is a perfect example of what it means to be a student-athlete. He has excelled in both venues to the highest level. On the baseball field, Larson was the leader of a team in 2009 that was ranked #1 in the country for 6 weeks and ended the season with a 45-15 record and ranked #9. In addition to Larson’s physical attributes of being one of the best catchers and hitters in the country, he has tremendous leadership qualities and off-the-chart character. In the classroom Larson falls nothing short of spectacular. He received his undergrad degree in philosophy in three years.  Now in his senior year, he has passed his LSAT in the 90th percentile and continues to attend UCI in post-graduate courses in political science and philosophy.

Community

Larson has participated in many team-sponsored activities within the community. He has visited with and played with the children at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). He has worked the youth baseball camps at UCI every year.
