A leader in the community, Carraway spearheads both of Georgetown lacrosse’s team community service events. In the fall, the Hoyas participate in the Race to Beat Cancer 5K, which supports the MedStar Georgetown Cancer Institute (MGCI) at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Additionally, Carraway is the lead organizer for GU’s annual Cycle for Survival team to raise money and awareness for rare cancer patients.

In 2019, he was named a USILA Honorable Mention All-American, First Team All-BIG EAST, to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team, and was selected to Tewaaraton Award Watch List. Named the BIG EAST Attack Player of the Week three times, Carraway was also selected to the USILA Team of the Week twice.
