Jeff Attinella is on track to complete his undergraduate degree this fall. He has maintained an overall GPA above 3.0 in communications.
Character
Attinella is highly respected amongst his teammates, who made him a captain this season. Attinella has the utmost determination and drive to be successful on and off the field. He strives not only for his own success, but more importantly for the success of the team. He’s also a leader for his fellow student-athletes and peers in the classroom.
Community
Attinella has participated in several on-campus volunteer activities, including a can drive to collect food for the less fortunate.
Competition
Attinella opens his senior season on the Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy Watch List. After anchoring seven shutouts in 2009, Attinella was honored as a first-team NSCAA All-American, first-team All-Big East member and the Big East Goalkeeper of the Year. The Bulls went 14-4-3 as Attinella posted a 0.83 goals against average.
