Williamson was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Scholar All-America first team in 2010 and 2011, a Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll selection the last three years and owns a 3.60 grade point average and will receive bachelor’s degree in psychology in December of 2012.

Character

Williamson wore the captain’s armband for the 2011 season. She is part of Gator soccer’s Leadership Committee as a junior and sophomore and is a representative on Florida’s 2011-12 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Community

Williamson participated in Florida’s student-athlete community service program, performing 30 hours of Goodwill Gator activities. She participated in activities acting as a counselor at the 2011 and 2010 Climb for Cancer camp, a day when children being treated for cancer participate in games and activities with Gator student-athletes. She also helped the Gator soccer team prepare a meal for the St. Francis House (local homeless shelter), visited with residents at Gainesville’s Ronald McDonald House, helped with local charity fun run events (Phoenix Fox Trot, Walk by Faith, Not by Sight 5K), TOP Soccer Program volunteer and participated in Great American Cleanup on UF campus.

Competition

Williamson was a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-America selection as a sophomore (2010) and junior (2011). She made the NSCAA All-South Region first team selection in 2010 and 2011. She was the 2010 SEC Defensive Player of the Year and was selected to the 2010 and 2011 All-SEC first team. She started every match of her collegiate career, led the Gators in minutes per matches as a freshman (84.7 minutes per match), sophomore (88.29 mpm) and junior (87.04 mpm), and attended U.S. Under-23 National Camp in January of 2011. She was named to 2011 First Tennessee Lady Vol Classic and 2010 Duke Nike Classic All-Tournament teams.
