Classroom

Fouch earned Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete honorable mention in 2012 and 2013. She was named NSCAA Scholar All-North/Central Region second team in 2013. Fouch was the recipient of the MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Week award on October 2, 2013.  She has also been an MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award honoree all three seasons. Fouch has been on the Missouri State Athletics Director’s Honor Roll as well.

Character

A leader, both on and off the field, Fouch brought a winning pedigree with her to Missouri State.  She made an immediate impact upon her arrival to campus and has flourished as the vocal instigator of the Bears’ defensive tactics.

Community

Fouch has been active in the community since arriving at MSU.  She has participated or vounteered with Champion Athletes, Relay for Life, the Ronald McDonald House, the Boys and Girls Club and an Adopt-A-Highway style community street clean-up project.

Competition

Fouch was named the MVC Defensive Player of the Year in 2013, the eighth Missouri State recipient of the league’s top defensive award.  She was also named to the All-MVC first team in 2013.  Fouch was a member of the MVC All-Freshman team in 2011 and was an all-conference honorable mention selection that season as well.  On October 4, 2011, she was named the league’s Newcomer of the Week.  In 2012, she was pivotal to the Bears’ 685 minute home shutout streak.
