Lennart Hein is a member of the Chaifetz School of Business and maintains a 3.725 GPA. An A-10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll member and Blue Scholar Billiken, Hein served as a Global Order Operations intern at World Wide Technology, a leading technology firm based in St. Louis, and attended the NCAA career in sports forum.

Character

Hein is the team captain and a leader on and off the field. This past offseason, he was a major source of support for his teammates as the Billikens went through a coaching change. He is an academic captain who helps his teammates succeed in the classroom, and he is just as focused on helping his teammates achieve in all walks of life beyond the field.

Community

Hein is a leader in community service on the men’s soccer team. He regularly communicates with SAAC in finding various community service opportunities for the Billikens. Along with the men’s soccer team, he is a leader at SPENSA, the special needs soccer organization, and they regularly volunteer their time on Saturday mornings during the season to engage with special needs soccer athletes.

Competition

Hein was a preseason all-conference selection and first-team all-conference honoree last year, also earning a College Soccer News National Team of the Week last season. As a junior, he led Billikens in goals (five) and points (10) and was a perfect 4-of-4 in PKs, also tallying the SLU game-winning goal at Marquette.
