Competition

In 2008, DeBaun was a key cog in a Loyola defense that posted a school-record 13 shutouts and reached the NCAA Tournament for the second time in the last three seasons. He picked up his first collegiate assist on the game-winning goal in Loyola’s victory at Air Force in 2008. As a sophomore in 2007, he played an integral role on a squad that registered 10 shutouts, including six straight. His efforts helped the Ramblers to the 2007 Horizon League regular-season title. In his three seasons at Loyola, DeBaun’s efforts on defense have helped the Ramblers post 33 shutouts.
