Delaney is on pace to graduate on time this May with a degree in apparel, housing, resource management and consumer studies.
Character
Delaney is a team captain for the Virginia Tech Hokies this season.
Community
Delaney is involved in community-service projects with the men’s basketball team, including a reading program with local elementary school children and working with the Virginia Special Olympics.
Competition
In his junior season, Delaney led the Atlantic Coast Conference in scoring. For his efforts, Delaney was selected first-team All-ACC, fourth-team Sporting News All-America and honorable-mention Associated Press All-America. He enters his senior year on the preseason Wooden Award watch list.
