Diouf carries a 2.709 cumulative GPA. He has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll on two occasions.

Character

Head coach Ray Reid says, “Mamadou has been an outstanding student-athlete.  He has been fantastic off the field as a mentor to many of our local young people.” He always makes time for the young people of tomorrow. He is the consummate role-model.

Community

Diouf volunteers with the team at Bolton Middle School in Connecticut where the Huskies participate in a reading program.

Competition

Diouf has been honored as a Second Team All-American by College Soccer News and the National Soccer Coaches Association. He led the University of Connecticut men’s soccer team with 15 goals, 32 points and 1.52 points per game. He was honored as an All-BIG EAST First Team pick in 2011 and 2012 and has tallied 34 goals and 73 assists in his three years at UConn, leading the Huskies to the NCAA Quarterfinal in each of the last two seasons.
