Owns a 3.69 GPA in Allied Health. Earned NSCAA Scholar All-America recognition as a junior, one of just 13 members on the Scholar All-America First Team. She has been on the Dean’s honor roll four times, the AD honor roll five times and the conference honor roll on three occasions.

Character

Earned squad’s Perseverance Award in 2013 and has worked through numerous injuries and ailments to start all 74 matches during her career.

Entering her third season as team captain.

Earned Texas A&M’s “President’s Award” in 2013-14. The President’s Award is the highest award that is presented to a student-athlete at Texas A&M by the Athletics Department. The individual receiving this award is someone who displays extraordinary talents in areas of athletics, scholarship, leadership and service.

Community

Coordinates and leads the team’s community service activities and soccer has won the Aggie Cup all three years under Streight’s guidance. The Aggie Cup is a competition within Texas A&M Athletics where teams earn points for service projects and other team unity activities.

Competition

One of 35 players on the MAC Hermann Trophy watch list, Streight was an NSCAA All-South Region First Team selection as a junior. She earned NSCAA/Continental Tire All-America Third Team recognition as a sophomore midfielder along with NSCAA All-South Region First Team status. She was named to the NSCAA All-Central Region squad in 2011. She has earned All-SEC First Team honors in both her seasons in the league (2012 and 2013) and was named to the SEC Tournament All-Tournament Team as both a sophomore and junior. Last season, she was named squad’s Defensive MVP on a team that held opponents to a 0.98 goals against average and captured SEC regular-season and tournament titles. Entering her third year as a team captain, she has led team to three conference titles and three NCAA Tournament appearances.
