Classroom

In her human development and psychological services major, Pauly has been named a two time Academic All-Big Ten award winner and a College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District nominee.

Character

Northwestern softball has leaned on Pauly and used her strength when it has gone through challenges. She has started and played every single game of her career and did this despite having a reconstructed left knee.

Community

Pauly has been coaching youth softball every summer dating back to high school. She is very active in the Girls in the Game program in Chicago. She visits Children’s Memorial Hospital and participates in food drives and other charitable ventures of the Northwestern athletic department.

Competition

The 2007 Big Ten Freshman of the Year winner, Pauly has been a stand-out performer in her career for Northwestern. She is a three time NFCA All-Region first team selection and three time All-Big Ten honoree. She was named to the watch list for the 2008 USA Softball Player of the Year award. Pauly has been selected as the Big Ten Player of the Week three times. She has five career home runs in the NCAA Tournament, including one at the Women’s College World Series.
