Described by head coach Mike Jacobs as “the model individual for the program.”...Possesses a strong work ethic and has been named team captain the past two seasons…Sat out the first two years of his high school career, before rejoining the team as a junior, leading the squad to a state championship…Has started all 54 games of his career as one of UE’s key defenders, including as the central defender the last two seasons.

Community

Was in charge of Evansville’s Team Impact project, helping a local youth with a chronic illness connect with the UE soccer team…Devoted countless hours mentoring youth soccer players at the Evansville Soccer Club…Involved in projects with the Boys and Girls Club, Green River Kiwanis Club, St. Benedict Summer Social and Healthy Body, Healthy Minds…Has ties to the Boy Scouts of America, where he recently helped his brother complete his Eagle Scout project…Puts together specific training sessions for teammates during the summer, as he is a local player and is around the University and team during the summer months.

Competition

Has started all 54 games of his career and has served has team captain the last two seasons…All-conference second team selections as a junior, leading Evansville to a 1.58 goals against average and three shutouts, while recorded an assist as UE’s central defender…All-MVC Honorable Mention as a sophomore, earning Defensive MVP honors at the Aces Soccer Classic and leading Evansville’s defensive unit to six shutouts and a 0.98 goals against average in MVC play…All-MVC Freshman Team selection, starting all 17 matches as a true freshman and helping UE’s back line tally three shutouts.
