Classroom

Leroux maintains a 2.88 cumulative grade point average, majoring in History. She will graduate two quarters ahead of schedule (in December) and has finished four quarters on the UCLA Director’s Honor Roll (3.0 GPA & above).

Character

A 2011 team captain, Leroux also served as captain of the Under-20 U.S. Women’s National Team.

Community

Leroux started her own food program to benefit homeless individuals in Westwood. She buys food and other essentials at Food For Less and distrubutes items to the needy in the area surrounding UCLA’s campus. She has also spent time volunteering at basketball camps with Los Angles Down Syndrome Association.

Competition

Leroux is a two-time NSCAA All-American, a Soccer America First-Team MVP selection (2010) and a first-team All-Pac-10 selection in 2010. She earned second-team honors in 2009. She has led UCLA in scoring the last two seasons. With one season to play, Leroux already ranks in the top 5 all-time at UCLA in career points (5th), goals (4th) and game-winning goals (4th). She is a standout with the U.S. National Team Program. She is the most capped player ever at the Under-20 level for the U.S. and she holds the U.S. record for the most goals scored at the U-20 level. She won the Golden Ball as the tournament’s top player at the 2008 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the Golden Shoe as the tournament’s top scorer with five goals.
