Classroom
Tobar is a member of the Political Science Club and has earned all-academic awards for three years. She has participated in the NYU/Harvard Law School Advantage Testing Foundation Trails in the summer of 2011. Tobar was also honored by the City of Huntsville and has participated in the Fulbright-Hays Group Project Abroad for study in Africa in the summer of 2010.
Character
Tobar is genuine and very passionate with her teammates, a hard-working individual on and off the court.
Community
Tobar volunteers for the YMCA, Voter Drive and Inmate Job Career.
Competition
As a junior, Tobar led her team with 18.1 points per game. She enters her senior season as the SWAC Co-Player of the Year and a first-team All-SWAC selection.
