Coffey is a finance major and communication minor. He has completed internships with the New England Teamsters Credit Union and Pension Fund and with a wealth management organization.
Character

Community
Coffey has volunteered with Special Olympics both on campus in Rhode Island and at home in Massachusetts. He has also volunteered as a youth hockey instructor in Massachusetts.
Competition
Coffey is a two-time All-Northeast Conference honoree as a long-stick midfielder. He ranked second on the team in caused turnovers in 2019 and has also become proficient in scoring with the long pole, tallying 10 goals over the last two seasons.
