NCAA Division I men’s and women’s soccer finalists announced for 2011 Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award

OVERLAND PARK, KS – Twenty NCAA® men’s and women’s soccer student-athletes who excel both on and off the field were selected as finalists today for the 2011 Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award in collegiate soccer. To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must be classified as an NCAA Division I senior and have notable achievements in four areas of excellence – community, classroom, character and competition. SANTA BARBARA, CA) – Akron midfielder Anthony Ampaipitakwong, who has led his Akron team to the NCAA® Division I men’s soccer championship for the second consecutive year, has been selected as the 2010 Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award winner for men’s soccer.
