Cronin has earned President’s List honors four times and Dean’s List honors seven times while at Hartford. She is a three-time America East Academic Honor Roll recipient, also recently earning Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

In 2019, Cronin was named a United States Coaches Scholar All-East Region second team honoree.

Character

Since arriving at Hartford in 2017, Cronin has been a standout player. She has had a tremendous impact on both the school and women’s soccer program.

She volunteers in the Dean’s Office and Hartford Hospital, proving to be an individual that people enjoy and respect.

Cronin is a team captain for Hartford. Coaches rely on her, but her teammates also look to her first for advice and support. She brings joy to what she does and has earned admiration from Hartford because of that.

Community

Cronin has been a four-year member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at Hartford. Through the SAAC, she has helped plan, organize, and participate in events such as “Women in Sports Day” and “Student-Athlete Stress Free Day.”

She has also mentored young children on the importance of teamwork and respect.

In addition, Cronin has served as an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Barney School of Business. Being a health science major, she has also devoted several hours as a Patient Care Associate at the Hartford Hospital.

Competition

Cronin transferred from UConn to Hartford in 2017. Since then, she has made 52 starts in 54 appearances as a mainstay of Hartford’s defense. Cronin has contributed to 14 shutouts in her career.

For her efforts, she has earned many accolades during her career. In 2019, Cronin earned America East first team, NEWISA All-New England second team, and US Coaches All-Region second team honors.

In 2017, she was named to the America East All-Rookie team.
