Classroom

Stanley has earned a 3.71 GPA as a business major. She is a member of the Atlantic Sun’s All-Academic team in each of the last three seasons. She has also been named an NFCA All-America Scholarship Athlete in those same three seasons. Stanley is a member of Campbell’s honor business society and Campbell’s Presidential Honor Roll in each of the last three years.

Character

Stanley was quick to jump into action when teammate Amanda Littlejohn was stricken with cancer. She helped organize and run a softball clinic in her honor that raised money to aid Littlejohn’s family with her medical expenses.

Community

An active member of the community and volunteer at a local church, Stanley has worked as a babysitter among many other duties the church calls for. She has volunteered at fall festivals for elementary schools in the community as well.

Competition

The Atlantic Sun’s 2009 Pitcher of the Year, Stanley went 19-5 with a 1.79 ERA. She was named the Atlantic Sun Tournament Most Valuable Player in the 2008 and 2009 seasons, as she pitched every single inning in the tournament, leading Campbell into the NCAA Tournament. She was selected to the 2009 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Southeast All-Region first team as a pitcher. Stanley received Atlantic Sun Pitcher of the Week honors three times in her career. She is in the top four in several categories of the Campbell softball history books.
