Turnbow is a team captain for the Broncos. She helped lead the team through COVID restrictions en route to the 2020 National Championship.

Turnbow has volunteered with the Bay Area Women’s Sports Initiative.
Competition
Turnbow, the 2020-21 College Cup Offensive Most Outstanding Player, was named a third team All-American last season. She was also selected as the 2020-21 Top Drawer Soccer Player of the Year and a member of the Top Drawer Soccer Best XI first team.
Turnbow is a four-time All-West Region first team and All-WCC first team honoree.
In her freshman season, she was named the WCC Freshman of the Year.
