Maddie McMahon

Master's in Business Administration


McMahon completed her undergraduate career with a 3.78 GPA, earning her degree in marketing in May of 2020. She earned the Outstanding Academic Athlete Award for graduating with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

A three-time MAAC All-Academic Team member, she has also earned MAAC Academic Honor Roll status four times, NFCA All-American Scholar honors twice, and a spot on the ECAC Presidential Honor Roll in 2018.

McMahon, enrolled in Siena’s MBA program, is the first graduate graduate student in program history, and held a 4.0 GPA in the Fall 2020 semester.


McMahon has long been regarded as a leader on her team and enters her second year as a team captain. She is a member of Siena’s Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC).


McMahon has taken the lead in her team’s community service efforts while at Siena. The team has taken part in a number of community service activities, including serving meals to children and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Albany, volunteering at Siena’s annual Festa Vino food and wine festival fundraiser, and teaching softball basics to local girl scouts.


A two-time MAAC Pitcher of the Week, McMahon was a second-team All-MAAC selection in 2019 with 114 strikeouts and a 13-8 record that season. She holds a 3.67 career ERA with a 32-28 career record.

She enters this season tied for third in career shutouts (7), fourth in wins (32), sixth in strikeouts (331), seventh in games started (59) and innings pitched (370), eighth in appearances (85) and tied for ninth in complete games (28).
