Hailing from Bytca, Slovakia, Mucha has demonstrated excellent work ethic and dedication throughout his time at Lake Superior State. He has consistently improved with each season and is now a key contributor for the team. Mucha appeared in only eight games as a freshman and has now progressed into a top-line winger for the team.

He participates in initiatives such as Check.Slash.Survive, Light the Lamp, and the Thanksgiving Food Drive. Mucha also volunteers with local non-profits, such as the Diane Peppler Resource Center and the United Way.

Competition

Mucha has had a tremendous start to his senior season, recording 11 points (2G, 9A) in the first 12 games. He has registered a career-best five game point streak and has posted four multi-point efforts so far.

In a testament to his hard work, Mucha’s offensive totals have increased in each of his four seasons. He didn’t post any points as a freshman but went on to record eight (3G, 5A) as a sophomore and 14 (5G, 9A) as a junior.
