Smith is a volunteer at the South Waco Elementary School, where she reads to students once a month
Competition
Smith is coming off one of the most decorated seasons in program history after averaging 18.7 points and 8.0 rebounds per game. She recieved the Wade Trophy Award, Katrine McClain Award, and the Honda Award. In addition, she earned consensus All-American and All-Big 12 first team honors.
Smith also won the 2019 National Championship with Baylor.
