Classroom

Iduate carries a 3.65 GPA in mathematics, which has earned her several accolades. She has made Dean’s List three times and been a National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete honoree. She made the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District softball second team, and is a two time Academic All-Conference and All-Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll for three years.

Character

A team leader for Georgia Southern, Iduate is considered an excellent communicator. She pulls the team together and rallies them behind their goals.

Community

When she is off the field, Iduate has given her time to various organizations. She is a math competition volunteer and a United Way Buddy Ball volunteer. She worked with Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, the Ronald McDonald House Pop Tab Collector, and a softball camp counselor.

Competition

Iduate is a two time All-Southern Conference first team performer. She boasts a .339 batting average, which ranks second on the team. She is tops on the team in runs scored and hits. She possesses a .911 fielding percentage and had the second most touches. In 2008 she was the conference leader in hits and runs while starting 65 of 67 games.
