Thomas Booker

Communication and Economics

Booker is a double-major at Stanford, boasting a 3.89 GPA in communication and economics.

He was named to the 2020 CoSIDA Academic All-America first team and has also been named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honor Roll the last two seasons.

Booker is a two-time team captain for the Cardinal.

He is Stanford’s nominee for the William V. Campbell Trophy.

In the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder in Minneapolis, Booker was a leading voice on Stanford’s campus in the fight for social and racial equality.

He played an integral part in founding CardinalBLCK (Brilliance, Leadership, Community and Knowledge), designed to provide a safe space for Black student-athletes to connect, share, and foster a meaningful community that will support them long after their undergraduate experience is over. Fueled by the power of its collective voices, CardinalBLCK strives to empower Black student-athletes to use their influence in positive ways.

Booker has been a stand-out player for the Cardinal. Last season, he was named to both the All-Pac-12 first team (special teams/all-purpose) and second team (defensive line).

In 2019, Booker was named an All-Pac-12 honorable mention.
