Dubois is currently serving on the senior leadership group on the softball team and is often sought after for advice for events both on and off the field by her fellow teammates. Dubois consistently maintains an active role in the community. She volunteers every year for Day of Caring, World Down Syndrome Day and the Penn State All-Sports Museum Trick-or-Treat event. Win or lose, she always makes sure to make time to interact with the community and fans post-game. She takes time to thank everyone for attending and happily signs autographs for fans.
