Classroom
A double major in Fine Arts and Mathematics, Zach intends to pursue graduate work in architecture after (or in off season) a professional hockey career. Last semester, Zach was one of two players on the men’s hockey team to earn Dean’s List honors.
Character
A team leader on and off the ice, Zach is at the forefront of team community service initiatives. He is also one of the most cooperative players in recent history in terms of meeting with the media and other team public relations functions
Community
Miskovic participates in team programs which includes a Christmas food drive and helping serve the needy at holiday dinners sponsored by the area churches. Zach also volunteers as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army during the holiday season and has worked with local youth hockey groups.
Competition
The only defenseman to be named Player of the Week in the ECAC as a junior, Zach repeated that early in his senior season. He was a third-team All ECAC selection as a junior and has never missed a game in his St. Lawrence career. He led the team in scoring by defensemen last season with eight goals and 13 assists.
