Sports Administration

As a sports administration major at LSU, Conner Hale has been an Honor Roll student throughout his time as a student, including his time at State College of Florida prior to his arrival at LSU.

Hale is one of the senior leaders on the team, serving as the starting third baseman. With his seniority, he has taken on a critical mentorship role on the team and works to be an example to the younger players.

During his time at LSU, Hale has taken an active role in numerous community service projects and has worked to benefit local school children and those affected by Down Syndrome and ALS.

En route to LSU’s run to the NCAA Regional Finals in 2014, Hale was named to the 2014 SEC All-Tournament Team after leading the Tigers to the title and hitting .375 (6 for 16) with two doubles, one homer, one RBI and three runs. After transferring to LSU from State College of Florida, where he was the conference player of the year, and making an immediate impact with the Tigers, Hale has begun the 2015 season on a 16-game hitting streak. He was named the SEC Player of the Week on March 9, 2015, after leading LSU to three straight wins in the Houston College Classic at Minute Maid Park.
