Classroom
Nick is a general studies major and plans to teach first grade after graduation. Earning a 3.0 GPA, she received the 2006 Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.
Character
One of the most positive and cheerful players of the game, Nick is a caring teammate and respected leader. She has been a willing participant in media events and her personality and knowledge of the game have made her a dependable and entertaining interview.
Community
While at USC, Ashley has volunteered at the local elementary school teaching physical education and working in the classrooms. She has been active with the Special Olympics, helping with events and speaking about sportsmanship.
Competition
In 2007, Nick was named to the NSCAA All-American Second Team, Soccer Buzz All-America Second Team, and All-Pac-10 First Team. She has appeared in 67 games and has started 51, including all 25 games during UCS’s run to the 2007 NCAA Championship.
