Bryan Costabile

Classroom

Bryan is a two-time ACC All-Academic Team selection and a two-time ACC Honor Roll selection.

Character

Bryan was selected to go through Notre Dame’s Rosenthal Leadership Academy. Costabile is always happy to spend time after practices or games signing autographs for all of the kids at games and events. He has been a great role-model for the sport of lacrosse and his interactions with young lacrosse fans has been awesome to see over his career.

Community

He has spent time during each of his four years at Notre Dame volunteering and serving in the community. He has been involved with O.W.L.S. Lacrosse, mentored middle schoolers at Dickinson Academy, helped host clinics with Harlem Lacrosse and other organizations and has visited hospital patients with the Notre Dame men’s lacrosse team.

Competition

In 2019, Bryan set the Notre Dame record for goals in a season by a midfielder with 42. He was named the 2019 ACC Offensive Player of the Year and also receive Inside Lacrosse First Team All-American honors. Bryan was also a member of the All-ACC Team, ACC All-Tournament Team, and was a Tewaaraton Nominee in 2019. In 2018, Bryan was an Inside Lacrosse and USILA Second Team All-American. He was also a member of the All-ACC Team, the ACC All-Tournament Team, and was voted as the ACC Tournament MVP in 2018. He was on the Tewaaraton Watch List that season. In 2017, Bryan was a voted on the ACC All-Tournament Team.
