Cain is a two-time ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American and was selected for the NSCAA/adidas Men’s Scholar All-America Team for 2007. He currently holds a 3.80 GPA in accounting at the Kelley School of Business.
Character
Cain is a vocal supporter of his teammates both on and off the field. He uses positive reinforcement with his teammates to keep them motivated and focused. Cain takes on a leadership role during crucial times within a match by directing his teammates actions.
Community
Actively involved in community service, Chay reads to elementary school children and conducts camps and clinics throughout the year.
Competition
As a defensive player, Cain allowed just one goal in Big Ten play during the 2007 season. He was selected to the All-Big Ten First Team, and NSCAA/adidas All-Great Lakes Region Second Team in 2007.
