Plain will earn her degree from Washington this year. She boasts a terrific 3.70 GPA as a double major in psychology and anthropology.

Plain’s leadership is extremely invaluable to the Huskies. Her quiet confidence instills a sense of calm among her younger teammates.
Community
In her time at Washington, Plain has coached multiple Husky clinics to help develop the future generations of softball.
Competition
Plain is one of the best to ever suit up for Washington and will add to her legacy in her fifth season.
She was named the 2021 PAC-12 Pitcher of the Year last season after leading the conference in wins and strikeouts. She also finished the campaign second in the nation in strikeouts (337), which was fifth-most in a single season in program history. Plain needs only 38 more strikeouts to pass Taran Alvelo to become second on the career strikeouts list.
She has been named a first team All-American multiple times and is a three-time all-conference first team selection.
