A standout student, Fritz has earned the president’s list honors in each of her collegiate semesters.

Character

As a team leader, Fritz is the glue to the team’s success. She has been a mainstay at captain for FGCU since transferring from Florida State. Fritz has just about every good quality. She is extremely driven and self-motivated, aiming to be the best, and she is able to bring that quality out of her teammates so they can accomplish anything together as a team. Fritz is a perfectionist in every aspect of her life, and she makes sure every touch at practice is intentional and is always in the right place on the field during games and practices. She is the team captain, the leader, and the person that everyone goes to when they need something. Despite having a fully loaded plate herself, she is quite accommodating in that role, always taking time to help a teammate whether that be on or off the field. Fritz is quite inclusive, making sure that every team member is a part of every action that the team does. Lastly, she is as dependable and trustworthy as someone comes—a real coach’s dream.

Community

A valued member of the campus and the Fort Myers community, Fritz has dedicated numerous hours to projects in and around the area. In just over a year on campus at FGCU, she has performed over 50 hours of community service. Fritz has been a part of projects such as the Harry Chapin Hunger Walk, which raised over $90,000 to help feed the hungry. Her community service also includes working with Habitat for Humanity in which she led the Eagles Soccer players in building houses for the needy. A staple in the Southwest Florida youth soccer scene, Fritz has also given back to her home area by working various camps and clinics over the past year.

Competition

Fritz tied for the ASUN lead with 4 goals through four games and has led the Eagles to a 4-0 start, making them one of just 12 teams nationally to start the season winning each of their first four games. She was named first-team All-Conference in 2017.
