Classroom
Jeb Brovsky has a 3.44 GPA as a management major in Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, which is routinely ranked as one of the top business schools in the country. He’s a three-time Big East Academic All-Star.
Character
Brovsky plans to launch his own non-profit organization, Peace Universal, with the mission to fight poverty, hatred, violence and hunger both nationally and internationally. He has also worked on several community outreach programs both in South Bend, Ind., and back home in Denver.
Community
Brovsky has volunteered his time to several projects in the South Bend area. He started an after-school soccer camp for children at McKinley Elementary School, served as an assistant coach for a U8 girls team, spent time at a soup kitchen, worked with the Salvation Army and collected donations for the South Bend Catholic Social Worker House. He also helped with Notre Dame’s Holy Half Marathon, which donates proceeds to support victims of Hurricane Katrina and others in similar need. In his home area of Denver, Brovsky was a volunteer coach at the School of Excellence in 2007 and 2008 in addition to being a volunteer coach at Soccer Mania.
Competition
Brovsky has made the All-Big East third team the past two seasons. He was also selected to the All-Big East Championship team in both 2008 and 2009 and helped Notre Dame qualify for the NCAA Tournament the past three seasons.
