Wallace holds a 3.35 GPA in construction management. Wallace was named to the NABC Honors Court following the 2019-20 season and has twice been named to the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor during his EIU career.
Character
Wallace has been a two-year team captain for the EIU basketball team.
Community
Wallace has worked as a member of team basketball camps at Eastern Illinois but also in his hometown of Marshall, Illinois. Wallace has helped with community service projects performed by the EIU men’s basketball team which include reading programs for local schools and Panthers annual Blue Madness event which allows local children to come trick-or-treat at Halloween in the basketball arena.
Competition
Wallace enters his third year as a member of the EIU men’s basketball team and has been named a preseason All-Ohio Valley Conference selection.
Wallace earned first team All-OVC honors as a sophomore and junior and has twice been named to the NABC All-District team. Earlier this season he became the 41st player in school history to pass the 1,000 point mark for his career and is on pace to finish in the Top 20 for career scoring.
