Classroom

Ohai is a three-time selection to All-ACC Women’s Soccer Academic Team. With a 3.004 cumulative grade point average, she has been named to ACC Academic Honor Roll in 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 and to the Dean’s List in the fall semester of sophomore year.

Character

Ohai is a member of the UNC Women’s Soccer Leadership Council.  A veteran leader in the Carolina Leadership Academy Program she has participated in CREED Program and Rising Stars Program of Carolina Leadership Academy.

Community

Ohai has participated in the Share Your Holiday program through Carolina Dreams as well as visits to patients at UNC Children’s Hospital.

Competition

Ohai was a 2012 first-team All-America by Soccer America, second team choice by NSCAA and third team selection by Top Drawer Soccer. She was named the Most Valuable Offensive Player of 2012 NCAA College Cup and enters her fourth year as a starter at forward. She has started all but two games in her UNC career and was first-team All-ACC in 2010 & 2012 and second-team All-ACC in 2011. She scored game-winning goal in double overtime in 2012 NCAA semifinals, scored opening goal in 2012 NCAA championship game, assisted on both goals in 2012 NCAA quarterfinal win in double overtime at BYU, led team in goals scored in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and in points in 2010 and 2012. She won Gold Medal at 2012 U20 World Cup and scored in the semifinals of that event and then scored game-winning goal in 1-0 win over Germany in championship match. A 2012 Hermann Trophy semifinalist she was one of four finalists for 2012 U.S. Soccer Young Female Athlete of the Year. A current member of U.S. U23 National Team pool.
