Koerber carries a 3.77 GPA as a communications major. She earned honor roll for one semester and has been on the Dean’s List eight semesters during her academic career.

She was also named to the CoSIDA All-Academic first team as a junior.

Character

Koerber has been on Crimson Counsel of the Utah Leadership Committee for four years, as well as the executive board for two years. She has been part of the Wellness Ambassadors program, where they work with the mental health and pyschology office to educate coaches and athletes to act in congruence in regards to their mental health.

This year, the Wellness Ambassadors are working on a seminar to share with coaches on how to respond to mental health issues that may arise on their team.

Community

Koerber helped lead the Utah Volleyball team to the second highest community service hours at Utah in 2019. Through Friends of Jaclyn, the team adopted a teammate in Chrissy Turner and made her feel part of the team.

She became the community service chair on the Crimson Counsel to help set up community service opportunities for all of the Utah student-athletes. In her time at Utah, Koerber has also organized multiple food drives.

Competition

Koerber earned AVCA All-America second team, Pacific South All-Region Team, and All-Pac-12 Team honors in 2019. Koerber was the only player in the Pac-12 to earn Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors as a junior.

As a sophomore, Koerber earned honorable mention honors as an AVCA All-American, AVCA All-Pacific South Region and All-Pac-12 Team.

In her freshman season, she played in every match on a team that made the Sweet 16.
