Kevin Kaczmarski has a 3.466 cumulative grade-point average in his academic career at the University of Evansville. He is also a two-time All-MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team honoree

Character

Kaczmarski displays outstanding character. He always goes above on beyond to help those on his team, and regardless of his success, “Kaz” remains completely approachable and humble.

Community

Kaczmarski is well-known in the community and has been very accommodating with others in the community. He has worked closely with the Boys and Girls Club in Evansville, playing sports with the local children in the community. He also has participated in the Just Read program, helping school children read in a classroom setting. And, along with his team, Kaczmarski also was involved with Team Impact, helping a local terminally ill child the UE baseball family for the Aces’ historic run to the 2015 Missouri Valley Conference Regular Season Championship.

Competition

An outstanding collegiate baseball player, Kaczmarski is a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference selection, earning first team honors in 2014 and 2013 and second team honors in 2012. He is the 10th player in UE history to earn Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America honors. In 2014, he led the team in batting average, slugging, doubles, triples and RBI. So far in 2015, he leads the team with a .448 batting average, 13 hits and a .579 on-base percentage.
