DiMeo earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Drexel with a 3.94 GPA. She now maintains a 4.0 GPA while pursuing a master’s degree in the same field.

She has been named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll on four separate occasions.

Character

DiMeo has been the epitome of a leader for the program the last few seasons. She leads by example and is someone that can be counted on to do the right thing. DiMeo is extremely compassionate when her teammates are struggling and wants the best for everyone.

She is always striving to get better and continues to go the extra mile in order to be successful. DiMeo leads by example, both on and off the field, and is an amazing ambassador for the university.

Community

DiMeo has volunteered her time to numerous organizations since arriving on campus. She participates with MANNA, the Samuel Powel School, the Albert Greenfield Elementary School, the Martha Washington School, Drexel Play Day at Vidas, and camps for young girls in Philadelphia.

She is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi, Future Educators of Drexel, and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Competition

DiMeo has cemented herself as a staple of the program, where she ranks in the top-10 in eight different offensive categories. She owns an impressive career line of .407 BA, .780 SLG, and 46 home runs.

DiMeo has been named a first team All-CAA selection three times and was named to the All-Rookie team as a freshman. She is also a two-time NFCA All-Region honoree—in addition to earning Fast Pitch News second team All-America recognition multiple times.
